At Hub Drives, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the total rental cost.
• No-Show: If you do not cancel and fail to pick up the vehicle, the reservation will be canceled, and a fee of 50% of the total rental amount may apply.
• Special Offers & Promotions: Some discounted or promotional rates may have different cancellation terms. Please review the specific conditions during booking.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
